岗位职责:

Bilingual  psychologist  who  can  do  psycho-educational  assessments  and  therapy  for  children  will  be  preferred.



Main  Duties：

Able  to  examine,  diagnose  and  treat  psychiatric  and  related  conditions  in  children/adolescents  and/or  adults

Ability  to  manage  emergency  and  non-emergency  patients  and  make  recommendations  for  ongoing  and  follow-up  care.



Responsibilities:

Provides  the  same  level  of  service  regardless  of  patient  background.

Keeps  adequate  and  timely  progress  notes  and  client  records.  

充分及时的书写病情记录，和记录病人病历。  

Complies  with  regulations  and  standards  of  performance  for  quality  care  服从规定和操作标准，保证高品质服务  

Working  with  other  medical  staff  to  insure  continuity  of  care  

和其他医疗人员一起保证治疗的持续性  

Participation  in  regular  on-call  rotation  

轮流值班  

Participates  in  professional  development  efforts  to  keep  current  on  health  care  trends  and  practices  

对专业的发展付出努力，对于健康护理的趋势和实践保持更新  

Maintains  strictest  confidentiality

任职资格:

Qualifications:

Board  Certified/Board  Eligible  (or  equivalent)  in  Psychiatry　  OR  Chinese  physician  practice  license

美国精神科医学委员会认证  (或同等资质)  或中国医师资格证及执业证

Doctor  of  medicine  degree  (or  equivalent)  from  an  approved  school  of  medicine.  

从正规医学院校获得的医学学位(或同等学位)。

Completion  of  residency  training  in  Psychiatry  at  a  hospital  and  program  acceptable  to  the  Departmental  Chairperson  and  Chief  Medical  Officer  

在医院完成精神科住院医师培训，培训项目需得到部门主任和首席医疗官的任可。  Minimum  3-5    years  experience  post-residency  in  the  clinical  arena  preferred  

优先考虑：完成住院医培训后具有至少3-5年临床经验。  

Fluency  in  English  Required  

要求流利的英语  

Fluency  in  Mandarin  preferred
