根据医院规章制度和操作规程，为病人提供医疗保健和护理服务。Carry  out  hospital  policies  and  procedures  and  provide  a  wide  range  of  health  care  services  and  quality  of  care  to  patients  in  clinic.
与护士、医务人员和其他相关人员沟通协调，完成护士长或主管分配的任务。Coordinate  with  nurses,  medical  staff  and  other  relevant  staff,  accomplish  assigned  tasks  by  head  nurse  or  charge  nurse.
与手术团队、患者和家属进行良好沟通，为病人/手术做好手术室的准备工作。Communication  well  with  surgical  team,  patients  and  family  members,  prepare  operating  room  for  patient/procedure.
遵守并严格执行无菌标准，检查和监控手术中使用的所有设备，并确保其正常运行。Observes  and  enforces  strict  standards  of  asepsis,  checks  and  monitors  all  equipment  used  during  surgery  to  confirm  they  are  running  smoothly.
通过适当的格式和形式，及时、简洁、准确、完整地记录所有护理信息。Records  all  care  information  concisely,  accurately  and  completely,  in  a  timely  manner,  in  the  appropriate  format  and  on  the  appropriate  forms


任职资格:

护理专业大专或以上学历  Asociated  degree  or  above  of  Nursing
持有中国护士执业资格证书  Chinese  Registered  Nurse  License
至少5年以上护理工作经验，其中3年为手术室工作经验者优先  Minimal  5  years  of  nursing  working  experience  with  3  years  of  OR  specialty  nursing  experience  is  preferred.
细心、专业和积极的工作态度  Careful,  professionalism  and  positive  work  attitude
良好的沟通技能及服务意识  Good  communication  skills  and  service  awareness
良好的英语沟通能力  Good  English  communication  skill
