岗位职责:

Summary  of  Responsibilities:

Non-medical  Consumables  Sourcing  and  Purchasing  to  meet  the  daily  operation  and  guarantee  the  special  consumables  supply  timely

负责非医疗类采购工作，确保按时完成常规和非常规的物品采购。



Responsibilities:

1.  Office  supply,  housekeeping  and  furniture  supply  purchasing  for  GZU.

                为医院采购办公、清洁用品及设备。

2.  Requisition  form  and  Purchase  Order  setup  in  the  system

                在系统完成采购申请单和订单的建立。

3.  Ensure  all  the  general  supply  purchasing  followed  UFH  policy.

                确保所有采购符合集团政策。

4.  Manage  the  vendor’s  evaluation.

                供应商评估与管理。

5.  To  meet  each  department  requirements,  weekly  payment  projection

                确保满足各个部门/科室的采购需求，并做好费用规划。

6.  Work  to  focus  on  purchasing  effort  towards  cost  effective  solutions.

                为公司提供提升成本效益的解决方案。

7.  E1  implementation

                E1系统应用与实施。

8.  All  the  other  works  assigned  by  department  head

                部门经理布置的其他工作。

  

任职资格:

Qualifications:



1.  Over  2  years  relevant  working  experience  in  purchasing,  prefer  industry  is  hospital,  medical,  healthcare

2.  Willing  to  work  under  pressure

3.  Proficient  in  Office  software  use

4.  Basic  English  skill  both  verbally  and  in  writing

5.  Good  communication  and  coordination  skill



Skills:

1.  Good  communication  internally  and  cross-department  

2.  Strong  learning  ability

3.  Strong  responsibility



Knowledge:

1.  Supply  chain,  purchasing  or  logistics.

2.  Basic  English  skill
