职位描述
岗位职责:1. Keep tracking all test result and cooperate with physician and sending (through e-mail/fax) or calling patient regarding test result. Maintain and organize the test result and referral filing system.
跟踪化验结果和转诊要求,通过邮件或传真发送化验结果报告;
2. Assist department with medical liaison to delivery specialist or part time physician’s patient result
协助跟进专家和坐诊医生病人的报告结果;
3. Triage telephone calls and provide telephone advice
协助电话分诊,提供医疗指导;
4. Attend different level of meetings as required. Make record for clinical meeting
出席医疗会议并作会议记录;
5. Provide translation services for Chinese client and escorting patient to outside procedures as needed.
为病人提供翻译,陪同病人外出会诊;
6. Remind patient about follow up visits for vaccines, lab tests and doctor's visits
提醒患者定期复查,接种疫苗,通知诊疗结果;
7. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists and other staff in the department when needed to communicate effectively with patients
协助患者和医生、护士、前台、药房和其他工作人员进行沟通;
8. Help patients to resolve registration, billing, insurance and accounting when there is a need
有需要时帮助患者登记、结帐、保险报销;
9. Perform primary patient service officer role to ensure patient satisfaction rate increase in the clinic. Collect patient feedback and some data for clinic, analyze patient’s needs. Report to clinic manager and department chair regularly.
提高患者满意度,收集患者反馈,分析患者需求,向上级定期报告。
任职资格:

Qualifications:
1. Education Requirement- Nursing associate bachelor degree or above; Bachelor degree in Medical Science preferred
护理或医学相关专业本科以上学历
2. One year above work experience, Patient Services experience preferable
1年以上工作经验,有患者服务经验优先考虑
3. Hospital or service organization background preferable
有医院或服务行业经验优先考虑
工作技能:
Skills:
1. English and Chinese, particular importance of excellence in English
中英流利,英语优秀
2. Excellent customer services skills with westerners and Chinese speaking patients
和病人(尤其是外国病人)沟通的能力
3. Ability to understand, read and write medical terminology
熟练使用医学术语
4. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with physicians, nurses and support staff, and the most importantly, with patients.

6. Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
