职位描述
Work closely with Sales Team. Support sales director on administrative works within sales department, such as managing weekly sales reports, CRM system maintenance, sales leads allocation and other jobs that SD requires, which is to support sales team doing business in an efficient way. 与销售团队紧密合作。协助销售总监完成部门内的销售行政事务,如销售周报、CRM系统维护、客户资源分配等,确保销售团队高效地完成业绩。
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting SD for daily administrative work
协助销售总监完成部门内的日常行政工作
2. Sales reports collection & data analysis
销售报表的整理和数据收集分析
3. CRM system maintenance
CRM 系统维护
4. Sales leads combination and assignment
客户资源整合和分配
5. VIP line management
VIP通道维护
6. Contract management
合同管理
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s (University) Degree in Business Administration or other relevant program
工商管理或相关专业,本科或以上学历
2. Proven ability to work as a team player
注重团队合作
3. Be patient and excellent on excel, word, PPT
耐心并精通Excel, Word, PPT等办公应用
4. Excellent written and spoken English skills
良好的英文读写能力
7. Good communication skills

8. High motivation for being a sales
