Be  responsible  for  treating  and  managing  Family  Medicine  patients  in  theoutpatient  setting.

Duties  and  responsibilities职责和责任:

1.Examines,  diagnoses,  and  treats  acute  and  chronic  diseases  andinjuries  within  the  scope  of  Family  Medicine  in  outpatient  setting.Prepares  and  reviews  case  histories  and  obtains  data  through  interviews.

为大病及慢性病患者、伤员提供身体检查、诊断、治疗等门诊服务，准备病例史资料并进行审核，从寻访中收集病例信息；

2.Examines  patients  and  determines  x-ray  examinations  and  clinicallaboratory  tests  required.  Interprets  test  results  and  evaluatesexamination  findings.

为患者检查，诊断、解析影像检查、临床化验结果，评估体检结论；

3.Administers  and  prescribes  treatment  such  as  antibiotics,  drugs,and  compresses.

管理抗生素、药物、镇静剂等治疗手段使用情况，开具相关处方；

4.Determines  need  for  and  assists  in  specialized  medical  care  andtreatment.

确定患者对专科医疗保健、治疗服务的需求，并协助相关治疗；

5.Works  on  quality  improvement  activities  within  the  department  incollaboration  with  other  GP  physicians  and  Department  Chief.

与其他家庭医师及部门主任合作，参与部门质量改进活动；

6.Resource  for  nursing  staff  regarding  patient  care  issues.

处理护士关于病人情况需协助的问题。

7.Arranges  for  consults  and  patient  transfers  as  needed.

根据需要安排会诊和病人转诊。

8.Will  work  closely  with  the  Administrative  Leader/Chairperson  ofthe  Department  in  supporting  departmental  goals.

与行政部门和科室主任协作共同完成部门目标。

9.Exemplifies  highest  levels  of  professionalism  and  medical  ethicsin  every  aspect  of  his  or  her  work  and  relationships.

Qualifications  资质：

1.Graduate  from  an  accredited  medical  or  related  school;

毕业于正规的医学院或相关学校同等学历。

2.  At  least  8  years  GP  clinical  experience；

至少有8年临床全科经验。



Skills  技能：

1.Ability  to  organize  and  prioritize;

良好的组织能力，能够确定任务轻重缓急；

2.Good  communication  skill  in  both  English  and  Chinese;

中英双语沟通能力；

3.Excellent  bedside  manner;

友好对待患者；

4.Be  responsible  and  able  to  work  independently  at  most  of  the  time.

有责任心，能够独立完成工作。



Knowledge知识：

1.Good  clinical  experience;

丰富的临床经验

2.Evidence  based  medicine.
